Adel Abdellah is an Egyptian journalist born in Ismailia on 1st of November 1985. He received a Bachelor of Postal Sciences at Helwan University. He began working as a professional journalist in “Alwatany Alyoum” weekly newspaper in 2006 for half a year has since worked in several newspapers and magazines, notably Rotana, Almasaa’, Alkora and Almalaeb.
He was the head of Transport and Navigation department in an economic newspaper from February 2010 till March 2011. Adel is currently editor of the Bawabet el Wafd website and the Cities News, writer at of the news website Ahlan Alarabeya and a representative of a British publication company in Cairo. He is interested in the social issues and volunteering, and has volunteered as media coordinator for a number of NGOs and some political forces.
